MOTHER & CHILD

Mother says:

I was the womb to carry you, I was the hands to protect you and

I will always be the heart to love you.

This world may forsake you 

But take heart you are always safe cause I am there for you.

Your heart at times may want more of you than me,

But the heart of your womb thinks nothing, except it finds you fine.

All that I can crown on is, You are Mine!

When the world says you are prime.

 

Child says:

My first friend, my first love, my first possessiveness was you

Maa! is what all call you.

To me you were the God unseen

Even on the perilous times of the shrine.

I ignored you, I did not call on you, I did wrong you. 

But in all this I dare did not stop to love you

I may not match to the best of your desires at all times

But to me, Mother is the spell which made me human for life and times.
